I'm thinking the MS updates may have defeated the Bluetooth and Battery driver installs or corrupted their respective enumerations. The bluetooth driver shows to be a Toshiba, MS approved driver. I use a mouse/keyboard dual bluetooth from ONN, which has previously worked fine on other machines tested.īasically, the two subsystems both seem to work, but not both same time. However, with the battery driver corrupted out, the Bluetooth driver would wake up and work after a couple restarts. There was a folder structure under start menu but no software present at the pointed folders.Īfter some attempts I began to notice I could uninstall the battery charger driver and it would come backĪfter the charge cycle completed and resumed from sleep the same charging failure resumed. However, after booting through final, I found the "plugged in, Not charging" scenario.įurther, it seemed unable to note Blue tooth presence in Device Manager.Īs well it seems to note some errors in event log I've not chased down.Īfter the onboard reinstall, the Toshiba support softwares seemed to be non existent. The reinstall seemed to work typical through SP1 complete. Hi and thanks to those here who donate time to help.įollowing a severe lightening strike I adopted a used, working Toshiba C655 laptop with OEM Win7 Home Premium.
